• Leadership Class – Ongoing leadership training (flexible for each campus)

GROWTH TRACK SET-UP

We strive to create an inspiring environment for Growth Track classes. We may offer a full meal or snacks/appetizers, but we always provide some type of quality food presented in a sharp way. For a smaller group with a campus that doesn’t have a building, this class can happen over a meal at a restaurant or home. We always put a note-taking booklet for that specific class (provided by Mission Support) at the seat of each person. We include a specific Response Card (for Growth Track classes) and a CE pen.

GROWTH TRACK CLASS OVERVIEW

Each class has required teaching notes provided that help the Lead Pastor or other CE leader teach through the class (and help people fill in the outline on the provided booklet). There are sections in each class where a Lead Pastor can include some of their own content as well, but the main points are the same at each CE location as we introduce Life Groups, Serving Teams, our beliefs, etc…

We take individual pictures of each adult in attendance (high school age and up) for our online database. If we already have an individual’s picture from a previous class, we don’t need to take it again. We try to take these pictures as people enter (or exit).
